Non-Refundable Situations

× Service fees and platform charges (typically 2–5%) are non-refundable
× Convenience fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable
× Bookings marked as promotions or flash sales (clearly labeled) are non-refundable
× Refunds not applicable if the customer fails to provide correct information at booking
× Darshan/temple entry fees passed through to third parties may not be refundable
× If a customer is denied entry due to religious attire rules or health reasons, refund at partner discretion

Force Majeure & Natural Calamities

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government lockdowns, religious event restrictions, curfew, floods, pandemics), we will:

Issue full StayYatra Wallet credit valid for 12 months
Offer free rebooking at same or equivalent property
Cash refund processed within 14 working days where applicable
Communicate proactively via SMS, email and app notifications
