All payments must go through StayYatra. Collecting cash separately is a violation.
You must respond to booking inquiries within 2 hours. Slow response = lower ranking.
Price Manipulation
Charging more than listed price is instant ban. All transactions are monitored.
Fake Reviews
Creating fake reviews or incentivizing reviews = permanent account suspension.
Photo Misrepresentation
Using photos of different properties or stock images = removal from platform.
Booking Cancellations
Excessive last-minute cancellations lower your trust score and may lead to suspension.
Harassment of Customers
Any form of harassment reported by customers leads to immediate investigation.
Subletting Without Notice
Hotels subletting to unlicensed operators without platform knowledge is prohibited.
