1. Data Collection

StayYatra aapke hotel management ke liye zaroori data collect karta hai jisme shamil hai:

• Hotel/property details (naam, address, phone)
• Guest records (naam, phone, ID proof)
• Booking aur payment records
• Account credentials (email, password — encrypted)

2. Data Use

Aapka data sirf aapke hotel management ke liye use hota hai. Hum aapka data kisi third party ko nahi bechte. Guest data sirf aapki property ke records mein rehta hai.

3. Data Storage

Sab data India-based Supabase servers pe store hota hai. Daily backups hote hain. SSL encryption use hota hai.

4. WhatsApp Notifications

Agar aap WhatsApp notifications enable karte hain, toh guest phone numbers WATI API ke through messages bhejne ke liye use hote hain. Aapki marzi se koi bhi notification band ki ja sakti hai.

5. Data Deletion

Account band karne par aapka data 90 din mein permanently delete ho jata hai. Iske liye support@stayyatra.in pe email karein.
